I am a shoedenistic 54 yearold living in close proximity to the the Lancashire Shoe Vale

My shoes have 'Just been shuffled out of hibernation to coincide with Mary Quant's autumnal collection, "a browner shade of pale" or should it be "a shade paler than brown"'
